Your CRM data lives on your own infrastructure, not on MaxAct servers. MaxAct is deployed to accounts and infrastructure that you own and control. Your customer data, contacts, deals, emails, and all other CRM records are stored in your own database (e.g., your Supabase project). MaxAct does not have standing access to your CRM data and does not store copies of it.

For data that we do handle directly (such as your contact information when you reach out to us, or billing details for your purchase), we use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that collect, process, or store information on our behalf. These include:

  • Payment processors to handle billing and transactions
  • Analytics providers to help us understand website usage
  • Email and communication platforms to manage correspondence

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

Your deployed MaxAct CRM may connect to third-party services you choose to enable (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, calendar providers, AI APIs). Those integrations are configured by you, run in your accounts, and are governed by those services' respective privacy policies.
